Please follow this points for a smooth and respectful experience at Seven Palm Residence

visit the reception as soon your reach the residence

Register at reception on your arrival.

It is compulsory to register as soon as you arrive at Seven Palm. Don't forget to get the allocation of your parking and the community card giving you 15% discount and great opportunities.

NO items in the corridors

Do not leave any items along the corridors, such as shoes, trolleys, baby strollers, scooters, water bottles, delivery parcels, etc., as this is an obstruction of the common areas and a risk to fire safety standards in case of evacuation. Any item will be REMOVED from security and disposed.

Dispose Garbage

Dispose of your garbage in the "Garbage Room" , do not leave garbage in the corridors, hallway, or garage. The building is monitored by cameras, and transgressors will be prosecuted.

Bicycles

Store them in the appropriate rack outside next to the Revo Cafe terrace or in the Garage.

Charging your car

In the garage, there are slots for charging your electric car. Please make sure you move your car when it is charged to allow others to use this facility.

Parking in your area

When you rent a flat, make sure you know the number of your dedicated parking. It is forbidden to park in the other parking spaces as in the handicapped parking.

Scooters

It is forbidden to charge electric scooters in the corridors or to leave them in the corridor.

Terrace regulations

Rules Governing the Use of Balconies of Real Estate Units in the Emirate of DubaiIn accordance with Law No. 4 of 2019 :

Hanging clothes and laundry on balconies and building facades is strictly prohibited
Feeding birds on the balcony is prohibited
Littering cigarette butts, food remnants, and all types of waste from balconies is strictly prohibited.
Using balconies for cooking, igniting fires, or using charcoal is strictly prohibited.

Garbage room

Don't leave garbage on the floor in the garbage room, but dispose accordingly.

Children's

Any Child under the age of twelve (12) years must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using the beach or swimming pool facilities.

Beach Access

The residence beach is located just after "Maison de la plage" at The Club . Pick up your bracelet at the reception of Palm Residence before walking to the beach for access.

Smocking

Only smoke or vape in the open external Common Areas designated as "Smoking Areas" , please dispose of cigarette butts and any other smoking residue in rubbish.
